PROJECT SUBMISSION: Projects will not begin until a deposit has been made. Once the required deposit has been made your project will be placed on our schedule. Deposit is non-refundable. WE ARE FIRM ON THIS POLICY
PAYMENT TYPE: Square Payment via invoice from our agency
PROJECT BALANCE: The remaining balance must be received before the finish product is released. NO EXCEPTIONS
REFUNDS: Refunds are available within 24 hours from your project submission date as long as no design work has begun.
PROCESS: All supporting materials (logo, text, logos, information, media, etc.) must be received before work can begin. Our agency will not retrieve files from online in particular websites or social media accounts. Files must be submitted by the client.
TURNAROUND: Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Time begins after deposit and all supporting items are received.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for web design.

EXPEDITE FEE: An additional fee will be assessed to clients that request their project to be completed fewer days than our standard turn around time. Fees will vary. Our agency will not do 24-48 hour work projects without an additional fee.
FILES: We accept electronic files in the following format: Email, Word Documents, Pdf, jpg, tif, png or eps (vector)
FILE QUALITY: To ensure clarity and to assist in the best project design, images must be high resolution (minimum 200 dpi). Images not submitted in high resolution will result in poor print/design quality. If you request to move forward with low resolution files, Camden Lane Creative will not be held responsible for poor image quality. Please supply text in word or via email. Having to retype text may incur a fee.
PHOTO IMAGES: If your project requires a specific image that our agency has to provide, an additional fee for trademark free artwork will be attached to your project.
NATIVE FILES: If you would like to receive your native files from your project we can supply them to you for a rate of 2X the amount of the projects final cost.
PROOFING: All clients have the opportunity to proofread each job to make sure it is accurate. We are not responsible for any misspellings, punctuation or formatting after your last approval.
REVISIONS: A. It is solely the responsibility of the client to review and proof their project. We allow up to 3 rounds of edits per item without incurring additional design fees of $25 per additional revisions.
PRINTING: We do not offer printing at this time.
